Charges for the use of the hall
- All bookings are subject to the terms of the “booking agreement” which will be made available on request.
- Security deposit may be required…refunded as soon as possible after a hire period provided all terms of the booking agreement have been adhered to.

Main Hall
Hire of Main Hall (includes kitchen facilities)
£15.00/hour
Local (residents of Mudford, Ashington or Chilton Cantelo)
£10.00/hour
(Minimum charge for 2 hours at above rates)
Reduced rates are available on request for regular weekly or monthly bookings (booked for a year ahead)
Committee Room
Hire of committee room (approx 10 -15 people)
£6/hour

Key safe guide
Key draw will drop down from
underneath Key Safe.
Please ensure the draw is closed once
you have used the keys at any time.
A few days before your booking you will receive a key code for our Hall, it’s pretty easy to use, however there are a few points that might be handy to know.
You will receive a 7 digit code, this will last for just a day so please don’t use it before the day of your booking or you will not be able to gain access on the day.
On the day of your booking, enter your 7 digit code into the Loxal Key Safe, then immediately put your hand under the unit and lightly push up on the tray, this will then drop down revealing the keys on a metal cord, pull the cord out and open the door as normal.
Once you have opened the door, let the keys retract into the Key Safe, and push up the draw to lock it, you can use your code at any time during your booking but the code will expire at 2am the following morning.
When leaving the Hall after your booking, do exactly the same as for opening, but please ensure that the key is retracted into the safe and the draw is closed and locked.
Never remove the keys from the cord!
