Food Hygiene
Mudford Village Hall – Food Hygiene Policy following SFBB guidelines
The Purpose of this policy is to ensure the safety of food served or prepared at MudfordVillage Hall. The Hall is committed to ensuring that food is safe and complies with current food hygiene regulations and best practices as set out in the Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB)* guidelines.

Health & Safety Policy
Mudford Village Hall (MVH) Committee aim to comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and will act positively where it is reasonable do so to prevent injury or illness or any danger arising from the Halls activities and operations. It recognises and accepts the responsibility for providing a safe and healthy environment for its volunteers, visitors; and for anyone affected by its activities.

Safeguarding Policy Practice and Procedures
Mudford Village Hall (MVH) is committed to following safeguarding practices that will ensure the safety of adults and children that may be at risk of abuse, whilst they are taking part in our activities held in the hall. We are committed to the protection and safety of everyone who enters our premises, children, young people and adults at risk, visitors and participants in all activities and events. We also have a duty to safeguard and support our trustees, and volunteers.

Code of Conduct
At Mudford Village Hall we expect every volunteer, members, hirers, users, contractors, and other visitor to behave in a highly professional manner. The volunteers are the standard bearers for a?tude and behaviour so it would be appreciated that the Code of Conduct is read and understood as it sets out the requirements we expect from each individual whilst are volunteering at Mudford Village Hall.
